My beautiful flatmate Monika, rendered not-so-beautiful. lol.

Going through some of the latest party pics. Decided to fix a few on PS because oh hey I actually look pretty in these! :D This does not happen often, I am not photogenic. Or whatever it’s called. Urgh.

Finishing up our epically annoying 13 paged essay.

Here, have the abstract I just finished with. The essay is in Swedish though, but the summary thing is always English in University-level essays.

Abstract

This work is a comparative study of two distinctive documentaries, using a methodology to analyze the historic consciousness and the use of history in both films. The subject of the documentaries is the Berlin wall, each with a different perspective in form of year of production and language. By analyzing each documentary in turn, followed by a comparative analysis, we reach a conclusion drawing upon relevant key concepts and theories adapted for methodological purposes. Each concept is explored and explained in the early chapters for a comprehensive understanding of the analysis, and the purpose of the essay, as well as the formulated question we seek to answer, culminate in a final discussion concluding this work.

aww you know what?

the one thing beyond the a-slightly-more-added-piece-of-fat-every-year thing my body has going on, it’s the annoying liver spots that keeps adding up.

I like freckles and liver spots on other people, just not on myself. so I kind of would like someone to like mine. like, count them. trace them. whatever the fuck. I’m kind of fascinated of my own shit at times. I have several Orions Belts, one on my tummy and like three on my arms. Rather epic, actually. But yeah.

Liver spots are just rather nice in my opinion.

Random but yea. Mine are growing in number every month. Not liking it. My dad had skin cancer because of it. I’d rather like to avoid that, but. Well. Whatever. For now I’ll just like the freckly state of my skin.

//RANDOM THOUGHTS OF NO IMPORTANCE

Hey, anyone know this movie?

From what I can remember, it’s about this guy with a flatmate. The guy somehow gets a hold of a substance (I think he works in the lab producing it) which enhanced his senses (in some weird way makes him able to sort of control them at some point, at first they’re all VERY overwhelming though; he stuffs cotton in his ears and nose and darkens his room and shit). His flatmate has a gay crush on him and in one scene he’s pierced his dick/balls with a chain that hold the key to the flat and the guy accidentally/not-knowingly yanks it off (fucking OUCH).

There’s also a scene where he’s in like some kind of collage frat boy thing where some guy tried to spank him real hard with an oar and him not feeling anything due to the drug backfiring or whatever.

Seriously, weirdest shit ever, but remmeber him reading like the mini-mini text of the stock pages in the newspaper and impressing bosses and shit, and IDEK.

Just some movie I had on a recorded VHS tape WAAAY back and just CAN’T remember what it’s called URGH. So annoying.

I just joined another social networking site…

….for lesbians and bisexual/bi-curious/etc women in Sweden. The address “flator.se” translates to “dykes.com” hahaha epic :D Just finished with my profile and damn that never gets any easier. I suck at writing presentations/bios of myself lol.

Uh. Yeah.

That’s what I’m doing instead of writing the 8-9 pages long essay due Monday. YELP.

The journey of our fridge through the holiday called Valborg.

I love how empty it gets without all the alcohol lol.

Wiki on Valborg:

Sweden, Walpurgis Night (SwedishValborgsmässoafton or simply Valborg) has more or less become a de facto half holiday. The forms of celebration in Sweden vary in different parts of the country and between different cities. Sir James George Frazer in The Golden Bough writes, “The first of May is a great popular festival in the more midland and southern parts of Sweden. On the eve of the festival, huge bonfires, which should be lighted by striking two flints together, blaze on all the hills and knolls.”[5] One of the main traditions in Sweden is to light large bonfires.

More modern Valborg celebrations, particularly among Uppsala students, oftentimes consist of enjoying a breakfast including champagne and strawberries. During the day, people gather in parks, drink considerable amounts of alcoholic beverages, barbecue and generally enjoy the weather, if it happens to be favourable.

…..I AM AN AUNT!!! :D  My oldest brother and his wife had their baby daughter last week; they named her Ellen! She’s kind of not cute, but I never find babies cute, and it doesn’t really matter because she’s precious anyway and can be butt ugly for all I care

Of course, I haven’t met her yet, which is totally bugging me! But alas, such is life when living in another part of the country. I’ll see her this summer though, totally coming up and spoiling the shit out of her. URGH. SO AWESOME. I’M AN AUNT. MY BROTHER HAS A BABY GIRL. FFFFFFFF. If I ever end up with babysitting duty in the future I am going to educate the kid in al
